  Called nandos to pre order a meal so I could just come in and pay for the meal and leave and when I got there, my meal still wasn't ready so I had to wait another 20 minutes. Tried to refund my money due to poor service and they wouldn't let me, when I got my meal it barely had any sauce and was also too burnt to enjoy. Worst nandos experience I have ever had in my life, they are in need of new staff because whatever display of service they have shown was disgusting.

  Placed an order for large chips at 12.46pm and watched other customers place take away and eat in orders after me receive their larger orders before me. The wait time gave me time to observe the putrid kitchen area - oily and sauce covered floors, filthy surfaces, mess everywhere, tongs used for cooking chicken repeatedly placed in a dish of water that looked like a bacteria breeding pool. At 1pm, I queried the delay (not cooked yet) and feeling uncomfortable to eat food from there anyway, I requested a refund which was received promptly.
